Quinceaneras create opportunity to not only celebrate the blessings of life, but indulge to the fullest. From an elaborate dress, to a giant venue, it’s easy to get carried away when planning for your special day.
But if you think your Quinceanera is extravagant, think again! One Father from San Antonio, Texas threw his 15-year-old daughter a $6 million Quinceanera and even Pitbull himself was on the guest list.
Maya Henry, the lucky birthday girl, celebrated amongst 600 of her friends and family across a 55,000 square foot space in San Antonio, which was decorated with 30-foot tall cherry trees in full blossom, walls of roses, fountains, a ‘garden room’ and a ballroom with butterflies suspended from the ceiling. The lavish setting of the birthday bash was really just the beginning of the decadence. Pitbull and Nick Jonas performed, Patrick Ta, who has worked with the Kardashians, did Maya’s make-up and her two dresses were created especially by designer Rolando Santana. Azteca, Maya’s mother, said she wanted to give her daughter “an unforgettable night to mark her transition into young adulthood.”
Maya’s father runs his own personal injury firm, which is said to be ‘one of the biggest plaintiff’s firms in Texas’, employing more than 60 attorneys. It’s no wonder why one Instagram user who claimed to be working the party said the family arrived in a police escort with nine Rolls Royces.
